产油酵母发酵中遇到的问题初探

A Preliminary Study of the Problems Encountered in Oleaginous Yeast Fermentation

随着国家对环境保护的重视,生物质能源越来越多受到学者的关注。微生物油脂作为潜在的原料来源也受到了研究人员的重视。本文着重分析了产油酵母在生物质发酵生产油脂领域的优势、发酵中出现的问题,并提出了补救措施。

With the country＇s realization of the importance of environmental protection,biomass energy has been paid more and more attention by scholars. Microbial oils,as potential sources of raw materials,have also attracted much attention of the researchers. This paper mainly analyzes the advantages of the oil field production of oleaginous yeast biomass fermentation and the problems appeared in fermentation,and finally proposes remedies.
