摘要
随着时代的发展,“80后”员工正在逐渐成为企业的核心资源,智联招聘展开的“80后”职场生态调研显示,40.5%的80年~84年人已经开始进入公司的核心岗位,其中16.3%的人已经担任了中层管理岗位。女性“80后”员工在企业的发展中发挥着不容忽视的作用。由于女性心理和生理等方面的特点,女性同时也承受着来自社会、家庭、事业等方面的巨大压力,对女性的身心健康以及工作、生活都产生了一定的负面影响。因此,本研究针对“80后”女性中层管理者的特征,对“80后”女性中层管理者工作压力的分析,探讨了职业女性工作压力来源,并从个人、组织、社会层面提出干预策略。
With the development of the times, the Post80's employees are gradually becoming the company's core resources. Zhaopin expanded after 80 career ecological research shows that 40.5% of 80-84 years people have begun to enter the company's core positions, of which 16.3% of people have served as the company's mid-level managerial positions. Moe and more women are being occupied management positions. Because of the psychological and physiological characteristics of women, female middle managers are under tremendous pressure from society, family and career. The pressure has some negative impact on health of work and life. Therefore, based on the 80 female middle managers working pressure analysis to explore the sources of professional women working pressure, and proposed intervention strategies from among individuals, organization and social.
