降温贴外敷降低扁桃体术后患者疼痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Cooling Gel Sheet in Reducing Pain of Patients after Tonsillectomy

目的：探讨降温贴外敷对缓解扁桃体术后患者疼痛的效果。方法：选取2013年6月-2014年6月在笔者所在医院耳鼻咽喉科住院行扁桃体手术的60例,年龄16-60岁,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用传统方法,使用冰袋外敷下颌区和颈部,试验组使用降温贴外敷下颌区和颈部。在术后24 h内对两组患者的疼痛程度进行对比观察。结果：经护理后,试验组患者24 h内疼痛评分（4.63±1.20）分明显低于对照组的（5.57±1.00）分,差异有统计学意义（t=3.296,P=0.002）。结论：扁桃体切除术后患者早期使用降温贴外敷的止痛效果优于使用冰袋外敷者,且降温贴使用方便,易于固定,不易脱落,无任何不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of external application of Cooling Gel Sheet after tonsillectomy on alleviating patients’ pain. Method：Sixty patients treated with tonsillectomy from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected,aged from 16 to 60.All patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional treatment like external application of ice packs on jaw and neck,while the experimental group was given Cooling Gel Sheet.The pain level of patients between the two groups was observed within 24 hours after surgery.Result：After nursing,the 24 h pain score of experimental group was （4.63±1.20）scores,which was significantly lower than （5.57±1.00）scores of control group,the difference was statistically significant（t=3.296, P=0.002）.Conclusion：Analgesic effect of early external application of Cooling Gel Sheets is superior to ice pack.Moreover,Cooling Gel Sheet is convenient to use,easy to fix and unlikely to drop,without any adverse reaction,is worth in clinical application.
