摘要
目的:探讨血液净化中心预防血源性传播性疾病的方法。方法:从建立、健全感染管理组织,完善相关制度,工作人员通过考核和体检;血液净化中心分区布局、设施符合感染管理要求;严格执行医院感染管理的制度与流程;相关设备、耗材和水质监控符合规范;严格按规定处理医疗废弃物等环节进行有效管理。结果:本院血液净化中心从2011年8月以来,共血液透析10 000余人次,血源性传播性疾病的患病率为0。结论:做好血液净化中心的感染预防工作,能有效地减少血液净化中心血源传播性疾病的发生。
Objective：To investigate the methods of borne diseases prevention in the blood purification center.Method：The prevention of blood borne diseases for effective management from established and completed the management,improved the relevant system,the staff passed the test and physical examination;the layout and facilities of blood purification center shall meet the requirements of management;implemented strictly the system and process of hospital infection management;the related equipment,supplies and water quality monitoring shall meet the specifications;disposed the medical waste in strict accordance with the rules of hospital and so on.Result：The blood borne disease prevalence rate was zero in 10 000 dialysis patients since August 2011 in our blood purification center. Conclusion：Do a good job of infection prevention work in blood purification center,can effectively reduce the blood borne diseases in the blood purification center.
