摘要 钙离子在细胞生存进程中起着至关重要的作用,例如细胞内信号传导,蛋白质折叠,酶的活化和程序性细胞死亡的启动。基质交感分子1(STIM1)是细胞内质网膜上的跨膜蛋白,其作为细胞内质网的钙离子传感器,可与胞膜下的Orai1蛋白结合,参与细胞内外钙浓度的调节。钙离子失调已被证实与多种心血管疾病有关,本文通过对STIM1在与心血管相关疾病中的作用进行回顾。 Calcium plays a vital role in cell survival process, such as intraeellular signaling, protein folding, enzyme activation and start programmed cell death. Stromal interaction molecule 1 ( STIM1 ) transmembrane protein within the cells of the endoplasmic reticulum, as endoplasmic retieulum calcium ion sensor can be combined with membrane proteins under Oral 1 involved in the regulation of intracellular calcium concentration.Calcium imbalance has been linked to avariety of cardiovascular diseases, this paperwere reviewed by STIM1 in cardiovascular-related diseases.
