鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉对变应性鼻炎转归的临床分析

Allergic rhinitis,sinusitis and nasal polyps on outcomes of clinical analysis-chronic nasal endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:探讨变应性鼻炎合并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴或不伴鼻息肉行鼻内镜手术后变应性鼻炎临床症状的缓解情况,为临床治疗提供帮助和指导.方法:将通过回顾性分析的方式,对我院2012-01/2013-09耳鼻咽喉科收治的64例行过敏原点刺试验结果为尘螨过敏原的变应性鼻炎合并慢性鼻窦炎或鼻息肉的患者,进行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察其术后变应性鼻炎症状的缓解情况以及转归效果.结果:分析结果显示,鼻内镜手术后随访3个月,患者临床症状完全缓解33例(51.56%),症状明显减轻21例(32.81%),远期随访1年,症状完全缓解17例(26.56%),症状不全缓解22例(34.38%),症状未缓解6例(9.38%).相关因素分析表明,鼻内镜手术对变应性鼻炎转归效果明显.结论:变应性鼻炎患者通过鼻内镜手术积极治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉可有效控制或减轻变应性鼻炎的临床症状,值得在临床上推广和应用.

AIM：To discuss clinical symptoms of allergic rhini-tis and chronic rhinitis and nasal-sinusitis with or without nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery remission,and provide help and guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS：64 cases were treated for otorhinolaryngology dust mite allergens in allergic rhini-tis and chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps patients by prick test re-sults in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013.After endoscopic sinus surgery,the effects of postoperative outcomes of allergic rhinitis symptoms were observed.RESULTS：Followed up 3 months after endoscopic sinus surgery,the results showed that patients with complete remission of clinical symptoms in 33 cases （51.56%）,incomplete remission of symptoms in 21 cases （32.81%）.Long-term follow-up of 1 year,complete remission of symptoms in 17 patients （26.56%）,significantly reduced the symptoms in 22 cases （34.38%）,the symptoms are not allevia-ted in 6 cases （9.38%）.Related factors analysis showed that en-doscopic sinus surgery had an obvious effect on allergic rhinitis. CONCLUSION：Chronic nasal-sinusitis and nasal polyps of al-lergic rhinitis patients actively treated by endoscopic surgery can effectively control or reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
