64排螺旋CT在早期肺癌诊断中的临床价值研究被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨在早期肺癌中运用64排螺旋CT诊断的临床价值.方法:选取2012/2013我院收诊的早期肺癌患者共52例,给予Phlips64排128层螺旋CT机扫描,并与其相关临床资料、手术病理结果等相结合,进行回顾性分析.结果:本组52例患者均经手术病理证实,其中有50例经CT诊断符合,符合率是96.2%.周围型肺癌的CT诊断符合率是100%,显著高于中央型肺癌的88.5%,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:为早期肺癌患者实施64排螺旋CT机诊断,对于确诊疾病并制定有针对性的临床救治方案有指导意义,适合推广与应用.
