摘要 目的:研究分析新型喉罩的临床应用效果.方法:选取我院2011-03/2014-03收治的因各类疾病治疗手术需要进行喉罩辅助治疗的患者共80例,随机分为两组,对照组给予普通喉罩治疗,观察组给予新型喉罩治疗,对比两种喉罩的治疗效果.结果:两组患者通过新型喉罩和普通喉罩治疗后,观察组中显效28例,占70.0%,有效10例,占25.0%,无效2例,占5.0%,总有效率为95.0%,对照组中显效24例,占60.0%,有效6例占15.0%,无效10例,占25.0%,总有效率为75.0%.观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组的效果差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:新型喉罩在临床应用中具有显著的效果,新型喉罩合并全静脉麻醉具有置入方便、围麻期间循环较稳定、无不良反应、操作简便、应用范围广、组织兼容性较好、成功率较高等优势,是一种安全有效的呼吸管道工具,具有一定的临床应用价值. AIM:To study the clinical application effect of new type of laryngeal mask.METHODS:80 cases of patients who needed to be treated with laryngeal mask because of various fac-tors in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were select-ed,and randomly divided into two groups,control group was giv-en normal laryngeal mask therapy,observation group was given new laryngeal mask treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two kinds of laryngeal mask.RESULTS:Two groups of patients by new laryngeal mask and normal laryngeal mask after treatment, 28 cases in observation group,accounting for 70.0%,effective in 10 cases (25.0%),invalid in 2 cases,accounting for 5.0%, total effective rate was 95.0%,takes effect in the control group of 24 cases,accounted for 60.0%,effective have 6 cases (15. 0%),ineffective in 10 cases,accounted for 25.0%,total effec-tive rate was 75.0%.The curative effect of observation group was better than control group,the effect of two groups of significant difference (P 〈0.05),with statistical significance.CONCLU-SION:The new type of laryngeal mask has significant effect in clinical applications,its easy operation,wide application range, good tissue compatibility,high success rate,is a kind of safe and effective breathing pipe tools,has a certain clinical value.
