奥美拉唑联合巴特罗酶治疗老年人消化道出血患者的效果观察

The clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with Botroase in treatment for elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:研究奥美拉唑联合巴特罗酶治疗老年人消化道出血的临床疗效.方法:随机选取54例消化道出血的老年患者,分为对照组和研究组.研究组28例,给予奥美拉唑联合巴特罗酶;对照组26例,仅给予奥美拉唑.观察两组患者消化道出血的缓解状况及有效率.结果:研究显示,研究组1d、2 d止血率分别为50.0%、28.6%,显著高于对照组38.5%、19.2%,3 d内止血率17.7%,显著低于对照组23.1%,无效率亦低于对照组,表明奥美拉唑联合巴特罗酶治疗老年患者消化道出血显效快、疗效好.结论:奥美拉唑联合巴特罗酶治疗消化道出血的老年患者的疗效显著,不良反应较少,值得临床推广使用.

AIM：To study the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with botroase in treatment for elderly patients with gas-trointestinal bleeding.METHODS：54 patients with gastrointes-tinal bleeding were randomly selected and devided into control group and study group.The study group included 28 patients who were given omeprazole combined with botroase,while the control group included 26 patients who were only given omeprazole.The relief situation of gastrointestinal bleeding and effective rate were observed in the two groups.RESULTS：The study showed that the hemostatic rate of study group was 50.0%,28.6% respec-tively in the first and the second day,which was notablely higher than the control group＆#39;s 38.5% and 19.2%.The hemostatic rate of study group was 17.7% in the third day,which was notablely lower than 23.1% of the control group,so was the invalid rate, which showed the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with botroase in the treatment for elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding was notable.CONCLUSION：The clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with botroase in the treatment for elderly pa-tients with gastrointestinal bleeding is apparent,with fewer ad-verse effects,and it is suitable for clinical application.
