门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of ornithine aspartate in treatment of hepatic encephalopathy

目的:观察并分析门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效.方法:将本院2012-12/2014-03收治的62例肝性脑病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例.对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸进行联合治疗.比较两组患者在治疗前后的血氨水平及临床疗效.结果:试验组患者的总有效率为96.77%(30/31),显著高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗前后的血氨水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗肝性脑病具有较高的临床疗效,未出现明显的不良反应,安全性高,值得在肝性脑病的临床治疗上推广使用.

AIM：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of ornithine aspartate in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. METHODS：62 cases of hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital from December 2012 to March 2014,with each group with 31 cases re-spectively.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group received ornithine aspartate treatment base on conventional treatment.Patients＆#39;level of blood ammonia and clin-ical effect of two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS：The total effective rate of the treatment group （96. 77%）was significantly better than that of the control group （70. 97%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The blood ammonia levels of treatment group before and after treatment were significantly differences（P 〈0.05）.CON-CLUSION：Ornithine aspartate has certain clinical effect in trea-ting hepatic encephalopathy,and it has high safety with no obvi-ously adverse reaction,which is worth of promoting in the clinical treatment of hepatic encephalopathy.
