妊娠滋养细胞疾病彩色多普勒超声诊断及疗效观察

Diagnostic and curative effect observation of color Doppler ultrasonography of trophoblastic disease

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用,同时结合疗效观察.方法:应用彩色多普勒超声诊断255例妊娠滋养细胞疾病,收集以上患者的超声资料.回顾性分析超声表现及血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG).结果:良性妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者为99例(其中,胎盘部分变性和部分葡萄胎占23例,葡萄胎患者为76例),恶性妊娠滋养细胞疾病156例(侵蚀性葡萄胎134例,绒毛膜癌22例),经临床刮宫、药物治疗后,肌壁血流、β-hCG恢复正常.以上255例滋养细胞疾病患者,随访177例.其中41例随访2年,44例随访1年,92例随访半年.结论:彩色多普勒超声及血β-hCG结合临床可协助准确诊断妊娠滋养细胞疾病,并对治疗效果进行观察.

AIM：To investigate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing gestational trophoblastic disease,and to observe its curative effect.METHODS：Color Doppler ultra-sound was used in diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease in 255 cases of pregnancy,and ultrasound data of the patients were collected.A retrospective analysis of ultrasound and serum human chorionic gonadotropin （β-hCG）was performed.RESULTS：99 cases of benign gravid trophocyte diseases （partial hydatidiform mole and 23 cases of placenta part degeneration,hydatidiform mole,76 cases）,156 cases of malignant gravid trophocyte disea-ses in （134 cases of erosion sex hydatidiform mole choriocarcino-ma 22 cases）after treatment with clinical and curettage,drugs, muscle blood flow to the wall and β-hCG returned to normal.A-mong 255 patients with sertoli cell disease,177 cases were fol-lowed up,with 41 cases being followed up for 2 years,44 cases being followed up for 1 year,92 cases being followed up for half a year.CONCLUSION：Color doppler ultrasound and blood beta hCG combined with clinical can aid the diagnosis gravid tropho-cyte diseases accurately and the observation of therapeutic effect.
