浅析小儿肺炎的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of pneumonia in children

目的:探究小儿肺炎临床护理措施及其应用价值.方法:随机选取本院2011/2013收治的肺炎患儿100例,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患儿50例.对照组患儿接受常规肺炎治疗,观察组患儿在治疗基础上应用针对性临床护理干预.对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率.结果:观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组患儿临床治疗总有效率为82.0%,两者对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组出现不良反应患儿6例,观察组无患儿发生不良反应事件,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对肺炎患儿在治疗基础上应用针对性临床护理干预措施,能够更好的保障其临床治疗效果,且有效降低患儿药物不良反应,具有安全、高效的优点,值得临床推广.

AIM：To investigate the nursing measures and appli-cation value on children with pneumonia.METHODS：100 cases admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were divided into con-trol group and the observation group randomly,and with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment, and observation group received targeted clinical nursing based on conventional treatment.The effective rate of two groups was com-pared.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 94.0% in obser-vation group,while the effective rate in control group was 82. 0%,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The control group had six cases with adverse reactions in chil-dren,and there was no adverse event occurred in observation group;the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION：The application of clinical nursing on the basis of conventional treatment in treating infantile pneumonia could en-sure the clinical effect and reduce adverse drug reactions in chil-dren.It is safe and efficient,and worthy of promoting.
