护士长在PDCA循环护理质量持续改进中的作用

The role of the head nurse in the PDCA cycle of continuous improvement in the quality of care

目的:分析护士长在PDCA循环护理管理中的积极作用,方法:PDCA循环护理管理主要包括:计划(P);实施(D);检查(C);处理(A).护士长分析本科室护理工作存在的弊端,明确PDCA护理管理目标;根据目标,建立及完善相关针对性举措;参照相关指标,认真检查PDCA循环护理管理落实情况;护士长在分析、比较、整合检查结果,认真评价PDCA循环管理情况等过程中均发挥十分重要的作用.结果:实施PDCA循环护理管理后,临床护理质量显著提高,患者护理满意度由90%提高至96%.结论:应用PDCA循环护理可有效提高临床护理质量,提高患者护理满意度;护士长在PDCA循环护理中具有重要作用.

AIM：To analyze the positive role of head nurse in nursing management PDCA cycle.METHODS：PDCA cycle nursing management including：plan （P）;do （D）;check （C）;action （A）.The head nurse analysed the nursing disadvantages in our laboratory and cleared the objectives of PDCA nursing man-agement.According to the objectives,the head nurse established and improved relevant targeted initiatives,by reference to the rel-evant indicators,carefully checked the implementation of PDCA cycle nursing management.Head nurse played an important role in analysis,comparison,integration test results,and evaluated the situation of PDCA cycle management.RESULTS：After the implementation of the PDCA cycle nursing management,the qual-ity of clinical care was significantly improved,and the patient sat-isfaction with care increased from 90% to 96%.CONCLU-SION：PDCA cycle care can improve the clinical care quality and patient care satisfaction.Head nurse plays an important role in the PDCA cycle care.
