摘要
目的:通过统计电子病历自动划价系统的满意度调查问卷结果,对口腔外科门诊电子病历自动划价系统应用的效果进行评估.方法:对我科40名医务工作人员进行系统培训后,使用电子病历自动划价系统进行病历书写及划价交费.经过8个月的使用后,科室医务人员进行电子病历自动划价系统满意度调查,评价标准包括非常满意、满意、普通、不满意、非常不满意.结果:通过电子病历自动划价系统满意度调查,对自动划价系统评价较好(指非常满意、满意、普通)的占97.5%,评价较差的仅占2.5%.结论:电子病历自动划价系统在口腔外科门诊的应用具有实际效果,并且受到科室大部分医务人员的好评,对促进医患关系、提高医疗质量和效率起到了重要作用.因此,建议在口腔门诊推广使用电子划价系统.
AIM:To evaluate the efficiency of electronic medi-cal record and automatic pricing system in the oral surgery depart-ment by the satisfaction questionnaire.METHODS:Forty medi-cal staffs in our department were trained systematically using elec-tronic medical records and automatic pricing system to record medical data and calculate payment.After 8 months,we made a questionnaire about the satisfaction of the automatic pricing system to the forty medical staffs.The evaluation criteria included very satisfied,satisfied,ordinary,not satisfied,and not very satis-fied.RESULTS:Through the questionnaire,the better evalua-tion (very satisfied,satisfied,ordinary)accounted for 97.5%, and the poor evaluation accounted for only 2.5%.CONCLU-SION:The electronic medical record and automatic pricing sys-tem is effective in the management of oral surgery outpatient de-partment,and convenient to most medical staffs,which plays an important role in promoting the conversation between doctors and patients,improving medical quality and efficiency.Therefore,we suggest to popularize the electronic pricing system widely.
