新医改下医疗设备信息化管理中的创新应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的:分析讨论在新医改下医疗设备信息化管理中的创新应用在医疗效果、医疗人员及患者满意度等方面的研究调查.方法:对我院20个科室的管理中心的300名职工进行随机抽样,通过调查问卷的形式对我院的医疗设备信息化管理工作进行满意度适应度调查分析.结果:在我院推进新医改下的医疗设备信息化管理工作中出现的主要问题包括:①管理中心的人力资源分配不得当.②工作人员不能快速完全适应高度信息化管理模式.③工作人员的信息化操作能力不足.④医院的管理设施及方案还不够完善.⑤管理人员对医疗设备的信息管理效率不足.结论:针对管理人员的信息化素质进行综合培训,充分发挥信息化管理的效率优势,普及推广新医改下的医疗设备信息化管理有着重要的创新意义. AIM:To analyze the discussion of medical equip-ment information management research survey of innovative appli-cations under the new health care reform in terms of health out-comes,medical staff and patient satisfaction,etc.METHODS:300 workers in the 20 sections of the hospital management center were selected at random,fitness satisfaction survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire analysis of medical device informa-tion management work in our hospital.RESULTS:The main problems in our hospital promoting medical equipment information management under the new health care reform included:(1)im-proper human resource allocation in Management Center.(2)the staff can not quickly adapt to a high degree of information manage-ment model.(3)the staff doesn't have sufficient information op-erations capabilities.(4)the management of the hospital's facili-ties and programs is still not perfect.(5)lack of medical equip-ment information management efficiency.CONCLUSION:A comprehensive quality management training conducted to manage-ment staff,giving full play to the advantages of the efficiency of information management,and popularizing medical equipment of information management under the new health care reform have important innovative significance.
