目的:就救护员培训后的结果进行分析和探讨,对救护培训工作谈谈体会.方法:对在2012-01/2014-01我市主要厂矿1 297名救护员进行培训,于培训前后对救护员的理论知识及实践技能操作水平进行考核,通过培训分析观察救护员存在的一些不足并提出建议.结果:救护员的理论知识经过培训后得到了很大的提升,合格率由培训前的65.5%上升至94.8%,且救护员的实践技能操作水平得到了明显的提高,大多数的学员认为培训的内容新、实用性强,对组织的管理和老师授课内容满意,且希望能再次参加救护员的培训.但在培训过程中也发现了一些问题,如救护员的心理素质不行、急救反应欠缺、个人防护不健全.结论:适当培训能显著提升救护员的理论知识和实践操作技能水平,但其心理素质、急救反应能力等还有待加强.

AIM：To analyse and discuss the training results of the ambulanceman,and communicate the related experience. METHODS：The 1 297 ambulanceman received the training from January 2012 to January 2014.The theoretical knowledge and practical skills were assessed before and after the training.The weaknesses of ambulanceman were observed and analysed,and suggestions were provided.RESULTS：The ambulancemen＆#39;s the-oretical knowledge was greatly improved after training,with the pass rate after training rising from 65.5% to 94.8%,and the practical skills levels of the ambulancemen improved significantly. Most of the participants thought that the training contents they re-ceived were novel and practical.Besides,they were satisfied with the organizational management and the contents taught by teachers and they were willing to receive another training.However,there were many problems in the training process also,such as,the ambulancemen＆#39;s poor mental quality,the lack of emergency re-sponse,inpefect personal protection and so on.CONCLUSION：Proper training could significantly improve the theoretical knowl-edge and practical skills of ambulancemen.However,they need to be improved psychologically and emergency response capacity also need to be strengthened.
