氯胺酮的抗抑郁作用 被引量：4

摘要 《中华精神科杂志》2014年6月第3期发表了马云等的1篇综述，题目是“氯胺酮治疗难治性抑郁症的进展与机制”。该文对氯胺酮单次给药治疗难治性抑郁症的短期疗效、重复给药的长期疗效以及对难治性抑郁症的自杀观念的疗效做了详细介绍，同时对氯胺酮抗抑郁疗效机制从三方面做了阐述。我们引用一些新证据作进一步阐述，并对该文的某些观点提出讨论，对将来研究氯胺酮的临床治疗提出建议。
