试验装备军民融合维修保障模式研究

Research on the Mode of Military-civilian Integration Maintenance Support for Test Equipment

针对试验装备维修保障任务重、效益不高,试验部队维修保障力量不足等问题,对试验装备军民融合维修保障模式进行了研究,依据军民维修保障力量担负任务的主次程度,构建了以地方维修保障力量为主、军方力量为辅,以军方维修保障力量为主、地方力量为辅和军地维修保障力量联合编组的"民主军辅、军主民辅、军地联合"的3种试验装备军民融合维修保障模式。

This article researches on the civilian-military integration maintenance support mode of test equipment, in order to solve problems lying in the process of test equipment maintenance support, such as hard missions,deficient forces and ineffeciency. According to the role in civilian-military maintenance support, three modes are built, that is, ＂military forces are primary and civilian forces are auxiliary civilian forces are primary and military forces are auxiliary＂ and ＂ military and civilian are combined＂
