略论实战化教育训练中的科研工作

On Scientific Research in Education and Training for Actual War

以实战教育训练在军队院校中的开展为背景,讨论了科研工作在军队任职教育院校中的地位和作用。分析了装备学院科研工作现状,指出了目前科研工作中存在的问题。研究表明,落实实战化要求,具体而言,就是要真正做到教研组长、进一步浓厚学术氛围、完善科研学术评价机制。

This paper is based on the development of education and training actual war in military academies. The importance and role of scientific research in post educational college of military are discussed. The status of scientific research in equipment academy are analyzed, and the problems to be resolved in scientific research are pointed out. According to the requirements of education and training for actual war, some considerations are given to improve scientific research. The considerations include the truly mutual promotion of teaching and research, a stronger academic atmosphere, and perfection path for evaluation system of research.
