比亚芬乳膏预防放射性皮肤损伤的疗效观察 被引量:5

Clinical observation of biafine cream in management of patients with radioactive skin damage

摘要 目的:观察比亚芬乳膏对头颈部肿瘤患者皮肤放射性损伤的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2013年6月至2013年12月在我院放疗科初次放疗的头颈部不同肿瘤患者70例,均有明确的病理学诊断。患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组除接受常规皮肤护理外,于首次放疗后给予比亚芬乳膏涂抹于照射野皮肤,至放疗后8周;对照组仅给予常规皮肤护理。观察、记录放疗中、放疗后两组患者的皮肤损伤程度,并对结果进行分析、比较。统计方法采用卡方检验。结果:Ⅰ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率治疗组高于对照组,分别为54.3%和11.4%;Ⅱ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率治疗组低于对照组,分别为34.3%和68.6%;Ⅲ级放射性皮肤损伤发生率治疗组低于对照组,分别为2.9%和14.3%。皮肤反应发生剂量:照射量小于40 Gy时,治疗组有16例(50%)出现皮肤损伤,对照组有28例(80%)(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组较对照组能够明显减轻及延缓放射性皮肤损伤的发生,比亚芬乳膏可以有效预防肿瘤放射治疗中皮肤损伤的发生。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of biafine cream on radioactive skin damage in head and neck cancer patients wih radiation treatment. Methods: From June 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital radiotherapy department,70 cases of patients with head and neck tumors were chosen, which had a clear pathological diagnosis. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,each group of 35 cases. Treatment group patients were treated with biafine cream after the first radiotherapy,control group patients received normal skin care. The degree of skin damage in two groups of patients durning and after treatment were observed and recorded. The results were analysed and compared. Statistical methods used chisquare test. Results: Class Ⅰ radioactive skin damage incidence rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group( 54. 3% vs 11. 4%),class Ⅱ skin damage was lower than that in control group( 34. 3% vs 68. 6%),class Ⅲ skin damage was lower than that in control group( 2. 9% vs 14. 3%). When the amount irradiation was less than 40 Gy,16 patients with radioactive skin damage were found in treatment group,28 patients were found in control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The onset of radioactive skin damage can be significantly reduced and delayed in the treatment group,biafine cream can effectively prevent the happening of the tumor radiotherapy skin damage.
