游离皮瓣移植术结束前泵注右美托咪定对病人苏醒期的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨右美托咪定对接受游离皮瓣移植术的患者全身麻醉苏醒期的影响。方法:选择50例全身麻醉下行皮瓣移植术患者,ASAⅠ级,随机分为实验组(D组,n=25)和对照组(N组,n=25)。D组患者手术结束前30 min右美托咪定0.6μg·kg-1静脉泵注(10 min内泵注完毕),N组患者以同样方式泵注等量生理盐水。观察并记录平均动脉压(MAP)、心率变化以及术后苏醒时间、拔管时间、拔管时呛咳例数及躁动评分。结果:两组患者麻醉时间、术后苏醒和拔管时间差异无统计学意义。MAP和心率D组明显低于N组(P<0.05);躁动评分和呛咳例数D组显著低于N组(P<0.05)。结论:手术结束前持续泵注右美托咪定不影响苏醒时间和拔管时间,可以有效预防和减少皮瓣移植手术患者苏醒期血流动力学剧烈波动和患者呛咳、躁动的发生程度。
