摘要
回顾了IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle)技术的发展过程,并对IGCC系统的构成、技术原理、技术特点、关键技术进行了介绍。分析了IGCC技术环保性能好和发电效率高(超过40%)的原因,并对IGCC技术推广缓慢的原因进行了探讨。在此基础上,介绍了从IGCC技术基础上发展起来的多联产工艺。多联产工艺可以利用炼油厂不易销售的低附加值产品石油焦,联产高附加值的化工产品,并通过直接使用蒸汽替代发电,改善了经济性和能量利用率。多联产工艺同时联产氢气、蒸汽和动力,可以与炼油厂有机结合,成为炼油厂的公用工程岛。
The process of development of IGCC technology is reviewed. The process scheme,principles,technical features and key aspects of the IGCC technology are introduced. The environment friendly characteristics and high electric power generation efficiency( over 40%) of the technology are studied,and causes of slow application promotion of IGCC technology are analyzed. The Co-generation process which is based on IGCC is described. In the Co-generation process,the low economic and low-value-added petroleum coke in refinery can be utilized to produce high-added-value chemical products. The steam from Heat Recovery Steam Generator can be used in the refinery directly instead of electricity power generation. All these have improved the economics and energy utilization of the refinery. In addition,the Co-generation process can produce hydrogen,steam and power,and can be integrated with refinery and serve as an utility island of the refinery.
