驱蚊湿巾对白纹伊蚊驱避效果的观察

摘要 目的研究某驱蚊湿巾的实验室驱蚊效果,为研制可供单兵野外条件下的驱蚊产品提供数据参考。方法参照GB/T17322.10-1998农药登记卫生杀虫剂的室内药效评价驱避剂试验方法,以白纹伊蚊为试虫,测试驱蚊湿巾擦拭手后对白纹伊蚊的驱避时间。在养蚊笼中放入蚊虫200只,比较经过驱蚊湿巾涂抹的迷彩面料和对照组的驱蚊指数。结果驱蚊湿巾涂抹皮肤后对白纹伊蚊的平均驱避时间为6.75 h。擦拭迷彩服面料对白纹伊蚊的驱蚊指数为68.35。结论该驱蚊湿巾无论是用于皮肤涂抹还是迷彩服涂抹均具有非常好的驱蚊效果。 Objective To observe the repellent efficacy of wet wipes against Aedes albopictus under lab conditions. Methods According to GB/T17322. 10 - 1998 ,Aedes albopictus were chosen in the tests to evaluate the repellent time after using mosquito repellent wipes on the skin of people' s hands and camouflage fabrics respectively, Re- suits The average repellent time against Aedes albopictus on human skin was 6. 75 h. The repellent rate against Aedes albopictuson of camouflage fabric was 68. 35. Conclusion This kind of mosquito repellent wipes display good mosquito repellent effect when applied on human skin and camouflage fabrics.
