淮安市三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性测定

Insecticide resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Aedes albopictus in Huai'an city

目的了解淮安市三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状。方法采用浸渍法测定两种蚊虫对9种杀虫剂的抗药性。结果淮安市三带喙库蚊幼虫仅对胺菊酯产生低度抗性,白纹伊蚊幼虫对敌敌畏、双硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威、仲丁威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、吡虫啉的抗性倍数分别为8.18、3.40、3.56、2.02、5.15、1.00、1.60、2.28、2.84。结论在蚊虫防治工作中要注重综合治理措施,加强抗药性监测,控制抗药性发展。

Objective To explore the current resistance situation of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Aedes albopictus to commonly-used insecticides in Huai＇ an city. Methods The larvae dipping method was applied in the bioassay. Results The larva of Culex tritaeniorhynchus developed low resistance to tetramethrin, while the larva of Aedes albop- ictus developed 8. 18,3.40,3.56,2. 02,5.15,1.00,1.60,2. 28 and 2. 84 folds resistance to dichlorvos, double sulfur, phosphorus, acephate, propoxur, fenobucarb, dehamethrin, efficient cypermethrin, amine chrysanthemum ester and imidacloprid respectively. Conclusion Great attention should be paid to comprehensive management and resistance monitoring.
