摘要
目的通过对内江市建城区范围内蚊虫监测,掌握内江市蚊虫的季节消长、种群构成及生境构成情况,为制定蚊类防治方案提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法,对内江市建城区范围蚊情况进行监测,对监测结果进行分析。结果 2013年内江市监测点累计捕获蚊11 667只,平均蚊密度为6.08只/(灯·h);蚊密度季节消长曲线为双峰形,且分别在5、7月达到高峰;以嗜人按蚊(37.92%)和三带喙库蚊(30.85%)为优势蚊种,其主要存在于牲畜棚和农户;另外,不同生境环境优势蚊种不同,居民区、公园和医院以致倦库蚊为主,农户以嗜人按蚊为主,牲畜棚以中华按蚊为主。结论内江市以嗜人按蚊和三带喙库蚊为优势蚊种,其主要生境为牲畜棚和农户。
Objective To understand the species,density and dynamics of moqsquitoes in NeiJiang city. Methods The mosquito lamp trap method was employed in the investigation. Results Totally 11 667 mosquitoes were trapped, the average of density was 6.08 insects per lamp hour. The curve of density was a bimodal curve. The density peaks appeared in May and July. The dominant species were Anopheles anthropophagus (37.92%) and Culex tritaeniorhynchus(30. 85% ). The main habitats were livestocks and farmers. In addition, mosquito species composition was different with habitats. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the dominant species in residential areas, parks and hospital,Anopheles anthropophagus in the farmers,Anopheles sinensis in the barns. Conclusion The dominant species are Anopheles anthropophagus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus, mainly exist in livestock sheds and farmers.
