摘要
为减小作业车排气系统在发动机怠速情况下的振动,利用MSC/NASTRAN有限元分析软件对其进行模态分析。利用模态分析的方法可以有效地了解排气管的振动情况。分析结果表明:怠速下发动机的激励频率与排气系统的固有频率发生耦合,引起了排气系统的共振。最后,针对实际生产情况,提出以改进发动机与排气系统的连接方式来改变排气系统的固有频率,降低排气系统的振动。
The normal mode analysis of a exhaust pipe was carried out using the finite element package MSC/NASTRAN to reduce the vibration of the exhaust pipe under engine idling speed. The results revealed that the exhaust pipe would resonate under the idling speed. Finally, linkage between engine and exhaust pipe was modified to reduce vibration based on manufacturing reality.
