摘要
毛毯绷缝自动化生产线控制系统采用自动化可编程控制器CPAC实现,包括人机界面、步进控制系统、伺服控制系统、传感器等部分。介绍了毛毯绷缝自动化生产线的工作原理、CPAC的特点、控制系统的软硬件设计、界面中文显示设计等。
The blanket sewing automatic production system is controlled by CPAC and it is composed of HMI, stepping control,servo,sensors and other components. In this paper, many designs are introduced such as the main principle of the system,the characteristic of CPAC,the hardware and software design of the system,the Chinese display design and so on.
