摘要
对于周围神经的显微图像神经束内的三种神经纤维的分割提出了一种基于区域生长分割的算法,并在分割完后利用直方图均匀化得到更加清晰二维图像,分析提取神经纤维特征指标,通过计算神经纤维的占比率区分神经束的种类。实验证明,该方法能够较好的把神经束内的运功神经纤维和感觉神经纤维与及混合神经分割出来,并能通过计算其占比率较好的区分各种神经束。
Abstract: In this paper, I have proposed a segmentation algorithm for the nerve bundle of three kinds of nerve fibers. After the segmentation, using histogram homogenization get a clearer two-dimensional image and then perform three-dimensional reconstruction. After this step, using the nerve fiber' s indicators calculate the nerve fiber' s ratio. In the end, using the nerve fiber' s ratio to judge the nerve bundle is what kind of nervous. Experiments show that this algorithm can make a good segmentation for nerve bundle of three kinds of nerve fibers.
