摘要
通过问卷调查,对我院肿瘤专科120名医护人员进行职业倦怠因素进行分析,并采用MBI量表评估得分,同时与常模人员进行比较,分析其因素。改善社会工作环境、培养健康人格及工作态度,提高医护人员的耐久力,从而预防及减少压力带来的职业倦怠。
Through the questionnaire survey, analyzing the job burnout factors of 120 medical workers in the tumor hospital, and using the MBI assessment score, comparing with the norm of personnel at the same time, analyzing the factors. The improvement of social work environment, developing a healthy personality and work attitude, enhancing the durability of the medical staff, can prevent and reduce the pressure brought about by the job burnout.
