医学微生物学检验同临床沟通的重要性分析

Analyze the Importance of Medical Microbiology Examination with Clinical Communication

目的：研究分析微生物学检验和临床之间的联系。方法对2012～2013年我院的7名微生物学检验人员来进行研究分析，探讨临床和微生物学之间的联系，加强双方的沟通交流。结果实施微生物学检验与临床沟通对策后，临床对于检验质量及时反馈率为80.8%，高于交流前的34.6%；临床医师对于检验结果判读的失误率为3.8%，较交流前的15.4%有所降低（P＜0.05）。结论临床和微生物学检验之间的交流有助于更加准确的进行检验，提供高质量的检验结果，为临床诊断和治疗提供参考，所以微生物学检验与临床之间多沟通和交流非常重要。

Objective To study the relationship between microbiology examination and clinical communication. Methods Analysis of 7 microbiological in our hospital from 2012 to 2013, to explore the relationship between clinical and microbiological, strengthen bilateral communication. Results The implementation of microbiological and clinical communication countermeasures, clinical test for the quality feedback rate was 80.8%, significantly higher than before （34.6%）, clinicians to test results interpretation error rate was 3.8%, compared with the exchange before （15.4%） was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Communication between clinical and microbiological examination can contribute to more accurate test, provides the high quality of the test results and the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, so it is very important to microbiological and clinical communication.
