宫腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Uterine Leiomyoma by Hysteroscopy

目的：探析宫腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的临床运用价值。方法将我院2012年2月～2013年9月期间收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均成功完成手术，术中出血量10～200 ml，手术时间12～84 min，肌瘤直径1.1～6.2 cm，患者满意率为100%。结论临床上运用宫腔镜对子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗，不仅手术时间短、不良反应少，在一定程度上还能提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of hysteroscopic in treatment of uterine ifbroids. Methods Chose 120 patients with uterine ifbroids in our hospital in February 2012~September 2013 as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, intraoperative blood loss was 10~200 ml, operation time was 12~84 min, ifbroids were 1.1~6.2 cm in diameter, patients satisfaction rate was 100%. Conclusion The clinical use of hysteroscopy in patients with uterine ifbroids can shorter operation time and has less adverse reaction, it can improve improve the quality of life in patients.
