蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗效果评价

To Explore the Effect of Microsurgical Treatment for Sphenoid Ridge Meningioma

目的：对蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗效果进行探讨。方法以2013年6月～2014年6月本院的72例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者为研究对象，随机均分为实验组与对照组，各36例，实验组行显微手术治疗，对照组行非显微手术治疗，对两组患者的手术治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组的肿瘤全切除率、优良率、死亡率和脑组织水肿与对照组相比均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论对蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者的治疗可首选显微手术法，治疗效果显著，具有较高的全切率，并对周围组织的损伤较小，并发症、致残率以及死亡率较低。

Objective To explore the effect of microsurgery of sphenoid ridge meningioma. Methods The objects were the 72 patients with sphenoid ridge meningioma from June 2013 to June 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients in one group respectively. We observed the effect of the two groups. Results The difference of treatment effect of these two groups was statistical （P〈0.05）, and the complications, morbidity, mortality of these two groups had statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The microsurgery for sphenoid ridge meningioma is effective.
