AO锁骨钩钢板固定在骨科创伤急诊中的应用探讨

To Explore the Effect of AO Clavicular Hook Plate Fixation in the Emergency Orthopedics Trauma

目的对AO锁骨钩钢板固定应用于骨科创伤急诊的临床应用效果进行探讨分析。方法从我院接受的骨科创伤急诊患者中选取120例来进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,每组均有60例患者,实验组患者采取的是AO锁骨钩钢板固定治疗,对照组患者接受的是克氏针固定治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过手术治疗后,实验组患者的治疗效果要比对照组优秀,实验组患者的并发症情况较对照组好一些,ASES评分和伤口恢复情况优于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组。结论骨科创伤急诊中使用AO锁骨钩钢板固定的治疗方式可以具有比较好的效果,患者的伤口愈合速度快,并发症发生几率低,对患者的生活质量提升具有较大的帮助。

Objective To explore the effect of AO clavicular hook plate fixation in the emergency orthopedics trauma. Methods 120 cases with emergency orthopedics trauma from our hospital were selected to study. They were divided into two groups, 60 patients as experimental group were using AO clavicular hook plate fixation treatment and the others as the control group received the Kirschner wire ifxation treatment, the effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After surgery, the effect, complications, ASES score and wound recovery situation of experimental group were better than the control group. And the patients＇ satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group too. Conclusion The treatment of AO clavicular hook plate fixation in the emergency orthopedics trauma is effect. The complications of the treatment is low, and the recovery of patients is better. This treatment is helpful for improving the patient＇s quality of life.
