同期双侧膝关节置换术治疗严重畸形膝关节疾病的效果分析

To Explore the Effect of Bilateral Knees Replacement of the Same Period for the Patients With Severe Knee Joint Deformity

目的：分析同期双侧膝关节置换术治疗严重畸形膝关节疾病的效果。方法资料随机选自2013年7月～2014年7月本院收治的严重畸形膝关节疾病患者70例，35例研究组予以同期双侧膝关节置换术，记录并分析相关数据。结果术后研究组膝关节功能评分与疼痛评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用同期双侧膝关节置换术临床疗效显著。

Objective To analysis the effect of bilateral knees replacement of the same period for the patients with severe knee joint deformity. Methods 70 cases with severe deformity of knee joint disease were randomly selected from July 2013~July 2014 in our hospital. 35 patients as research group received the bilateral knees replacement. We recorded and analyze the clinical data. Results The knee joint function score and postoperative pain score of the research group were better than the control group, with statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of bilateral knees replacement of the same period is distinct.
