输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉66例临床分析

目的：研究钬激光治疗输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月～2014年7月于本院进行治疗的66例输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉患者，分为对照组20例和观察组46例，对照组给予开放手术进行治疗，观察组采用钬激光治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论钬激光治疗输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉临床疗效显著，可明显缩短手术时间，出血少，恢复快。

Objective To study the clinical effect of holmium laser for the treatment of ureteral calculi combine with ureteral polyps. Methods From June 2011 to July 2014, 66 patients with ureteral calculi combine with ureteral polyps were divided into control group （n=20） and observationgroup （n=46） in our hospital. The control group was given open surgery and the observation group was treated with holmium laser. The curative effect was observed and compared. Results In observation group, the surgery time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay, time were significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05 with statistical significant differences. Conclusion The clinical effect of holmium laser treatment for the patients with ureteral calculi combine with ureteral polyps was good. It can make the surgery time shorter significant/y, reduce the blood loss less and make the recovery faster.
