摘要
目的：对癫痫性精神病障碍患者接受的临床治疗进行探讨分析。方法根据我院2009～2011年接收的60例癫痫性精神障碍患者来进行研究分析，对患者的临床治疗进行总结归纳。结果应用卡马西平或丙戊酸钠与小剂量奋乃静治疗痊愈28例，好转19例，进步10例，无效3例，总有效率95.00%。结论临床中对于癫痫性精神障碍患者的诊断非常重要，尽早确诊接受治疗，能够对患者的病情起到较好的改善效果，患者接受抗癫痫治疗以及结合精神障碍病情使用合理的抗精神药物具有较好的预后效果。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of patients with epileptic psychosis disorder. Methods 60 cases of epileptic mental disorder 〈br〉 patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were selected. The clinical treatment and outcomes were summarized in this study. Results We used carbamazepine, sodium valproate and small dosage of perphenazine in the treatment. 28 cases were cured, 19 cases were improved, 10 cases were progress, and 3 cases were failure. The total effective rate was 95.00%. Conclusion the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy in patients with mental disorders is very important. Earlier the patients get diagnosed and treatment, better the recovery situation will come. The patients receiving antiepileptic therapy combined with antipsychotic drugs will get better effect.
