腹腔镜胆囊手术所致小胆管损伤的确定性外科治疗临床观察

Clinical Observation of Surgical Treatment on Damage of Small Duct Caused by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的观察腹腔镜胆囊手术所致小胆管损伤的确定性外科治疗效果。方法选取我院接诊的腹腔镜胆囊手术所致小胆管损伤患者16例作为研究对象,回顾性分析他们的临床资料,皆予以确定性外科治疗,观察临床效果。结果 16例患者皆治愈出院,拔管时间(6.56±1.32)d,住院时间(7.25±1.65)d。结论腹腔镜胆囊手术所致小胆管损伤尽早发现、确诊,并采取确定性外科治疗,可促进患者早日康复。

Objective To observe the surgical treatment effects on damage of small duct caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 16 patients who experienced the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and who accepted treatment in our hospital were taken as the research objects and their clinical materials were analyzed. In addition, they were conducted the surgical treatment and the clinical effects were observed. Results All these 16 patients recovered and left the hospital. In addition, the tube drawing time was （6.56±1.32） d and the time in hospital was （7.25±1.65） d. Conclusion The damage of small duct caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be found out and diagnosed as soon as possible. In addition, they should be treated by the way of surgical treatment. In this way, the patients can be promoted to get well soon.
