摘要
目的：在对四肢软组织严重创伤患者实施急诊治疗的过程中应用负压封闭引流术，对其临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月我院急诊科收治的46例四肢软组织严重创伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果实验组患者病情控制时间、创面愈合率及严重感染率等情况明显优于对照组，数据对比有明显差异（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论负压封闭引流术的应用能够有效的缩短病情控制时间，促进创面愈合，降低严重感染发生率。
Objective To analysis the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of severe soft tissue trauma. Methods A restrospective analysis was conducted on 46 cases of severe soft tissue trauma patients treated in our hospital between September 2013 and September 2014. Results The disease control time, wound healing rate and the serious infections rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of vacuum sealing drainage can effectively shorten the disease control time, promote wound healing and reduce the incidence of serious infection.
