摘要
目的对Herbert螺钉治疗骨折的临床效果进行探讨。方法对24例腓骨远端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果平均出血量为(70.1±7.2)ml;Baid-Jackson踝关节平均评分(91.4±4.7)分;治疗优良率为87.5%;无一例患者发生感染、踝关节不稳等。结论治疗腓骨远端骨折患者采取有限切开复位Herbert螺钉治疗,能够促进患者踝关节功能快速恢复。
Objective The clinical effect of Herbert screw for the treatment of fractures were discussed. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with distal ifbular fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average amount of bleeding was （70.1±7.2） ml, Baid-Jackson ankle joint scoring average （91.4±4.7）, the treatment of the excellent and good rate was 87.5%, no patients had infection, ankle instability etc. Conclusion The treatment of distal ifbular fractures treated with open reduction and Herbert patients take the limited screw, can promote the function of the ankle joint in patients with rapid recovery.
