青光眼小梁切除术联合羊膜植入术治疗青光眼疗效观察

Observation of Trabeculectomy Combined With Amniotic Membrane Implantation to treat Glaucoma

目的研究分析青光眼患者接受小梁切除手术联合羊膜植入手术治疗的效果。方法根据我院的46例青光眼患者来进行研究分析,共有患眼75只,将患者分组为对照组21例,患眼34只,联合治疗组25例,患眼41只。对照组患者接受的是常规小梁切除治疗,联合治疗组患者接受的是小梁切除联合羊膜植入手术治疗,对两组患者手术前后的眼压进行比较,对比两组患者的手术效果。结果联合治疗组患者的有效率比对照组高。结论小梁切除联合羊膜植入手术治疗青光眼具有比较好的效果,比起单纯的小梁切除手术治疗,患者的治愈率更高,对患者的组织瘢痕具有预防效果,眼压降低明显。

Objective To sstudy the effect of patients with glaucoma received trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation operation operation treatment. Methods Chonse 46 cases of glaucoma patients inour hospital to carry on the research analysis, there were 75 eyes only, the patients were grouped into control group 21 cases, with 34 eyes, combined treatment group 25 cases, with 41 eyes. Patients in the control group had the conventional trabeculectomy for treatment, combined treatment group received trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation operation treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after operation of intraocular pressure, the effect of the operation were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of combined treatment group patients was higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation operation in glaucoma therapy has better effect than pure, trabecular resection operation treatment, patients with a higher cure rate, has a preventive effect on patients with scar tissue, signiifcantly reduced the intraocular pressure.
