双冲击疗法治疗儿童肾病综合征(NS)疗效观察

Effect Observation of Double Pulse Therapy in Children With Nephrotic Syndrome(NS)

目的：探讨双冲击疗法治疗儿童肾病综合征的疗效。方法选取30例肾病综合征患儿，采用大剂量环磷酰胺（CTX）与肾上腺皮质激素-甲基强的松龙（MP）双冲击治疗法。结果30例肾病综合征患儿采用双冲击疗法治疗后，2～4个疗程内缓解率为63.33%；经继续治疗后，3例患儿得到缓解，8例患儿为无效。总缓解率为73.33%。结论肾病综合征儿童接受双冲击治疗，具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efifcacy of treatment in children with nephrotic syndrome dual shock therapy. Methods 30 cases of nephrotic syndrome were treated with high-dose cyclophosphamide （CTX） and adrenocorticotropic hormone-methylprednisolone （MP） dual shock treatment. Results Remission rate in two to four courses was 63.33%, after continued treatment, 3 cases alleviated, 8 cases were invalid. The overall response rate was 73.33%. Conclusion Nephrotic syndrome children receiving dual shock treatment has signiifcant treatment effect.
