腹腔镜手术切除与开放手术切除肾癌临床疗效对比

Comparison of the Clinical Effects between Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery

目的：观察腹腔镜手术切除与开放手术切除肾癌的临床疗效。方法收集我院2010年3月～2014年3月收治的96例肾癌患者，观察组患者48例予腹腔镜手术切除术治疗，对照组患者48例予开放手术切除术治疗。比较观察组和对照组两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的术中术后输血量、术后镇痛剂使用量、术后住院时间、肠功能恢复情况、术后引流、术中出血等指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论与传统的开放手术切除术相比，腹腔镜手术切除术治疗肾癌的疗效更好，但在应用时要注意规范操作技术，以提高腹腔镜手术切除术治疗肾癌的效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery of renal cell carcinoma. Methods From March 2010 to March 2014, 96 cases of prostate cancer were selected into two groups, 48 patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic resection, 48 patients in the control group underwent open surgical resection. Compare clinical efifcacy between observation group and control group. Results Intraoperative and postoperative blood transfusion, the amount of postoperative analgesics, postoperative hospital stay, recovery of bowel function, postoperative drainage, bleeding and other indicators signiifcantly in the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcance （P〈0.01） Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery resection, the efficacy of laparoscopic resection is a better treatment for renal cell carcinoma.
