摘要
目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术应用护理干预的临床效果。方法对90例胰十二指肠切除术患者进行护理,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,观察两组患者护理的总有效率情况。结果对照组患者的总有效率为81.81%;观察组患者的总有效率为97.83%,观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组患者。结论对使用胰十二指肠切除术进行治疗的患者采用护理干预进行护理具有较好效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on pancreas duodenum resection. Methods Chose 90 cases of pancreasduodenum resection patients, observed total effective of patient care in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 81.81% in the control group;and the total effective rate was 97.83%in observation group, the nursing effect of observation group patients was better than the control group. Conclusion The use of nursing intervention in patients treated with pancreas duodenum resection has good effect.
