护理管理中临床护理路径在心内科疾病中的应用

Clinical Nursing Path for Cardiology Diseases in Nursing Management

目的：研究护理管理中临床护理路径在心内科疾病中的应用价值。方法选择2013年1月～2014年6月来我院进行治疗心内科疾病的患者50例，随机分成观察组与对照组各25例，对照组给予常规方法护理，观察组使用临床护理路径全面护理，将两组患者的护理满意率进行详细的对比分析。结果经过护理后观察组中有21例患者对护理效果比较满意，3例患者满意，对照组中有15例患者对护理效果比较满意，5例患者满意，观察组患者护理满意程度明显高于对照组患者，两组患者存在显著差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用临床护理路径对心内科患者进行临床护理，可以较好的提升患者的恢复情况以及护理满意度。

Objective To probe into the medical value of applying clinical nursing path for nursing management of cardiovascular disease. Methods 50 patients in our hospital for cardiology disease elected in January 2013~ 〈br〉 June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each gruop contained 25 cases. The control group received conventional caring methods, while observation group were using comprehensive clinical nursing path care. Then made a detailed comparative analysis about the satisfaction rate of the two gruops. Results After nursing the observation group, 21 patients were quite satisifed with the effect of nursing, 3 cases of patients were satisfaction. In the control group, 15 patients were quite satisifed with the effect on the care, 5 cases of patient were satisifed. The satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control gruop. There were signiifcant differences between the two groups of patients, statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using cardiology clinical care path for patients in clinical care, can improve the patient‘s recovery condition and satisfaction rate with care, Can promote the application of this method in cardiovascular disease.
