摘要
目的：研究分析心内科护患关系，为临床护患关系改善提供帮助。方法对2008～2009年我院接收的368例心内科患者来进行研究分析，探讨护患关系情况。结果护患关系矛盾的产生受到了较多方面的影响，比如护理态度、患者素质、病房管理等。结论对心内科护患关系进行研究分析能够和谐护患关系，让护理工作更加顺利，患者得到比较好的护理效果。
Objective To study the relationship of patient and nursing care in department of cardiology, to provide help for the improvement their relationship. Methods 368 cases of patients from 2008 to 2009 in our hospital were received research analysis in department of cardiology, discussed the relationship condition between nurses and patients. Results Relationship of the nurse and patient were affected by many aspects, such as nursing quality, patient attitude, ward management etc. Conclusion Analysis on nurse-patient relationship in the department of cardiology can achieve harmonious nurse patient relationship, smooth the nursing work, patients can receive effect nursing care.
