摘要
目的:分析探究门诊输液室护患沟通中非语言沟通的应用价值。方法分别选取2012年6月~2013年1月和2013年2月~2013年9月间800例门诊输液患者作为对照组和研究组,研究组期间门诊输液室工作人员展开非语言沟通培训,对比培训前后患者满意度变化情况和护患纠纷发生几率。结果研究组护患纠纷发生几率明显较低。结论非语言沟通技巧应用能够显著提升门诊输液室工作质量,促进和谐护患优质沟通。
Objective To analyze the value of nonverbal communication about nurse-patient communication in outpatient infusion room. Methods 800 patients of outpatient infusion were selected from June 2012 to January 2013 and from February 2013 to September 2013 as control group and study group, trained outpatient infusion room staff about non-verbal communication, analysed changes in patient satisfaction and nurse-patient disputes before and after the training. Results The study group of nursing disputes were significantly lower than control group. Conclusion The application of non-verbal communication skills can signiifcantly improve the nursing quality in outpatient infusion room, promote the communication between nurses and patients.
