Reasons and Control Measures of Error in Blood Testing

目的：分析血液检验标本出现误差的原因，研究相应的控制对策。方法随机选取2013年2月～2014年2月我院使用血液分析仪和生化仪检验的42例血液检验标本的资料进行回顾性分析，寻找血液检验标本出现误差的原因，研究其控制对策。结果影响血液检测产生误差的因素包括患者的自身原因、血液标本的采集原因、血液标本送检过程中的原因以及血液标本检验的原因。其中最主要的因素为患者的自身因素，占总因素的52.38%，其次为血液送检中的原因，占总因素的21.43%。结论影响血液标本检验产生误差的因素有很多，最主要的是患者的自身因素，为了提高血液检验的准确性，有必要做好血液检测前的宣传工作并注重血液检测的每个环节，规范血液检测的操作，保证血液检测的质量，降低血液检验的误差。

Objective To analyze the causes of errors occurring in blood test, research the corresponding control countermeasures. Methods Randomly selecte 42 cases of blood test specimens from February 2013 to February 2014 by using blood analyser and biochemistry analyzer to analyze retrospectively, and ifnd the causes of blood test specimens of error, got the control countermeasures. Results Factors affecting blood detection errors include patient‘s own reason, blood sample collection, blood specimens and blood samples in the process detection errors including patient‘s own reason, blood sample collection, blood specimens and blood samples in the process of test reason. One of the important factors is the patient’s own factors, account for 52.38%, followed by the causes of blood and sending, account for 21.43%. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the blood sample test error, the most important cause is the patient’s own factors, in order to improve the accuracy of blood test, it is necessary to do a good job before the propaganda work and pay attention to each link of the blood testing, standard blood test operation, guarantee the quality of blood test, and to reduce the error.
