多层螺旋CT用于外伤致肠系膜破裂的诊断价值及CT表现

Diagnosis Value and CT Findings of Multi-slice Spiral in Mesenteric Rupture Caused by Trauma

目的研究分析在外伤致肠系膜破裂患者使用多层螺旋CT诊断的临床价值。方法根据我院接收的11例外伤肠系膜破裂患者来进行研究分析,对患者的多层螺旋CT检查结果进行总结归纳。结果全部患者的CT检查结果显示,有9例肠系膜密度高,7例有血肿情况、7例有腹腔积血、5例肠壁增厚、1例肠坏死、9例穿孔、腹腔游离气体6例。结论临床中多层螺旋CT可以对肠系膜的挫裂伤进行很好的诊断,对其损伤程度和情况进行分析,为诊断治疗提供参考,是临床治疗中的重要参考信息。

Objective To aanalysis the diagnostic value of multilayer spiral CT in traumatic mesenteric rupture patients. Methods Studied and analyzed 11 traumatic mesenteric rupture patients in our hospital, and summarize their CT results. Results CT examination of all patients showed there were 9 cases of high mesenteric density, 7 cases of hematoma, 7 cases with hemoperitoneum , 5 cases of bowel wall thickening, 1 cases of bowel necrosis, 9 cases of perforation, 6 cases of free intraperitoneal gas. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has high diagnostic value in the diagnose of mesenteric contusion, and it can provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment.
