旋转三维数字减影血管成像在腹部介入治疗中的应用研究

The Application Research About Rotating Three-dimensional Digital Subtraction Angiography in the Abdomen Interventional Treatment

目的探讨旋转三维数字减影血管成像在腹部介入治疗中的应用价值。方法采用旋转三维数字减影血管成像对58例患者进行造影检查。结果 54例(93.1%)患者的造影影像均清晰显示出有关血管的具体来源与走向,仅4例(6.9%)显示效果不佳。结论将旋转三维数字减影血管成像有效应用于腹部介入治疗中,可多方位的清晰显示出病变特征,为诊断与治疗提供有利依据。

Objective To investigate the application value of Rotating three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography in abdomen interventional treatment. Methods 58 patients were checked by rotating three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography. Results Imaging of 54 cases （93.1%） clearly showed the specific source and direction of blood vessels, only 4 cases （6.9%） showed poor results. Conclusion The rotate 3D digital subtraction angiography in the abdomen interventional therapy can clearly show characteristic lesions in multi-faceted, which provides basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
