氟康唑粉与5%碘酊联合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fluconazole Powder Combined With 5% Iodine Tincture in the Treatment of Fungal Corneal Ulcer

目的探讨真菌性角膜溃疡治疗的方法和疗效。方法 20例真菌性角膜溃疡局部5%碘酊烧灼,生理盐水冲洗,氟康唑粉剂涂撒溃疡面。结果 16例治愈,2例有效、复发,2例无效。结论氟康唑粉剂局部涂眼联合5%碘酊治疗真菌性角膜溃疡有较好疗效。

Objective To explore the curative effect of treatment in fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 20 cases of fungal corneal ulcer local used 5%iodine tincture cautery, physiological saline, fluconazole powder coating the the surface of ulcer. Results 16 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective but recurrence, 2 cases were invalid. Conclusion Fluconazole powder combined with 5% iodine tincture in hasve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.
